Heat is on for office rental demand in Panama City

Ninety-six percent of available office rental space in Panama City was occupied in the first quarter.

Rentals are high. In Panamá Este, the most expensive zone, rentals reach $28.50 per square meter per month.

But help is on the way as more buildings are under construction. The available increase in office space is expected to grow by 69 percent over the next three years.
