High-tech leader Zollner opens Costa Rican plant

Germany’s Zollner, one of the world’s leading companies in high-tech, has opened a plant in Cartago, Costa Rica. Zollner makes products ranging from intelligent lighting systems to giant robots for movies.

The plant will employ 200 people initially, but the company aims to double its size by 2017.
