Hitch in transit of ship 500 in Panama Canal

The 500th ship to use the expanded locks of the Panama Canal, ran into problems with its transit of the Agua Clara Locks  on Wednesday.

Captain Miguel Rodriguez reported that there was a problem in the electrical navigation equipment that pilots use to guide the vessel. Due to the problem, the Yang Ming Unity gave way to the next ship so there would not be a delay.
