Honduran eggplants star in US markets

Senasa, Honduran health and food safety service, said that eggplants grown in Honduras were improving their positioning in the US, where they are considered a star product.

The announcement was made at a meeting attended by the USDA/USAID's regional sanitary and phytosanitary measures coordinator, Daniel Orellana.
