Honduran port offers $65 million for modernization

The limitations of the port of San Lorenzo in southern Honduras have placed it well off the radar of international shipping companies.

But now the authorities are planning to offer a 30-year concession to an operator that is prepared to invest $65 million in a modernization of the facilities.
