Hondurans prefer Android phones

Fifty-three percent of Honduran cellular phone users prefer Google's Android operating system, a study called Mapa de Colonización Mobile 2013 showed.

The second most popular operating system is Apple's iOS, with 34.8 percent.

The tendency matches the rest of Latin America, where 61.2 percent of customers use Android phones.
