Honduras aims to manufacture Zara fashions
The Honduran government has approached Spain's fashion giant Inditex for a manufacturing deal.
The proposal is for Honduras to become a platform for the manufacturing and export of Zara, one of Inditex's most well-known brands.
Zara has 1,721 stores, mostly inside large shopping malls, across 87 countries. The deal is part of the Honduran government's plans to attract investment after the country became part of an association accord with Europe.
