Honduras aims to produce a third more coffee

Already, Honduras is Central America’s leading coffee producer and number six in the world. But now it wants to increase its output by a third.

The producers’ association, Ihcafé, says it now produces technical assistance and advice for growers from sowing right through to harvest.
