Honduras and Costa Rica coffee exports fall year-on-year in August. Guatemala’s sales increase slightly
Coffee exports from Honduras, Central America's top producer, fell 25 percent in August compared to the same month last year, while shipments from the region's No. 2 grower Guatemala rose slightly.
Costa Rica, another regional producer, saw exports fall in August as well.
Central America’s high-quality arabica beans are trading at their highest prices in four months due to tight global supplies.
