Honduras approved by Fund but awaits new test

The good news is that the government of Honduras can have access to some $83.4 million from the International Monetary Fund.

The bad news is that the Fund insists on more taxes “without delay”.

The government appears to have done its work, as far as it goes. The Fund directors said they evaluated positively the efforts made by Honduras.
