Honduras coffee exports soar 36 percent in February

Coffee exports from Honduras soared by 36 percent in February, compared with the same month last season, due to increased production, the national coffee institute said.

Shipments from the largest coffee exporter in Central America totaled 953,831 60-kg bags in February, compared with 703,525 bags in the same month of the 2015-2016 harvest, according to a preliminary report.
