Honduras coffee seen earning $1.2 billion

Honduras's coffee sales from the most recent harvest will reach $12 billion, accoridng to business leader Emilio Medina.

He added that for the current harvest, the country's coffee sector will have largely overcome the problems brought by the coffee rust fungus.

Another positive aspect is that the international price for the grain is seem remaining at more than $200 per 46-kilo bag.
