Honduras economic activity revs up

Honduras's economic activity grew 2.6 percent in July, according to the central bank's economic activity index.

The top performers for the period were financial services, insurance and pension funds, as well as telecommunications.

The bank also pointed out agricultural growth, particularly in the production of melon, tilapia, shrimp and African palm.
