Honduras expects to receive $2 billion from overseas to promote social projects

William Chong Wong, the Honduran finance minister, reported that the country has $2 billion in foreign funds to promote social projects in a wide range of areas.
Among the projects the country aims to promote include the construction and repair of highways.
The funds come from the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the European Union and the governments of Canada, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Kuwait and Taiwan.
