Honduras heading for $3.2 billion farm exports this year
Honduras's farm exports could end the year with a record-breaking $3.2 billion, according to the country's Agriculture minister, Jacobo Regalado.
Exports have already reached $2.35 billion this year, and the sector hopes to add some $400 million more during the last two months of the year.
Coffee is the leading product, and generated $1.44 billion during the 2011-2012 harvest.
