Honduras-IMF accord delayed for third time

An agreement between Honduras and the International Monetary Fund was delayed for the third time.

Guatemala's Finance Minister Wilfredo Cerrato said the delay for the signing of the accord is likely due to Thanksgiving celebrations in the U.S.

He emphasized that the delay was not because of Honduras's results during the evaluation of its performance in meeting the Millenium Development goals.
