Honduras inflation reaches 5.3 percent

Inflation in Honduras reached 5.3 percent from January to August, the country's central bank said.

The bank added that it will maintain its inflation target for the year of between 5.5 and 7.5 percent.

Prices went up on 76 percent of the 282 products and services on the country's consumer price index.
