Honduras invites bids for $200 million dam repairs

The state power company of Honduras, the ENEE, invites bids for the repair works to a series of filters in the El Cajon dam.

The estimated cost of the repair works is about $200 million.

The filters were damaged during a 7.3 degree earthquake in 2009, which caused water levels that pass through the filters to rise.
