Half a million workers are needed for the upcoming peak of the current coffee harvest in the Honduran department of El Paraíso.

Throughout the whole of the country, 1.3 million workers are going to be needed, and some will have to be brought from Nicaragua.

“We’ll bring them in buses, trucks and pick-ups. We need all the workers we can get,” said Martín Rodríguez, a leader of the coffee growers.
