Honduras Palmerola airport irreversible: President

Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández said that the construction of the Palmerola airport is irreversible and there is already some $59 million in financing secured for the project.

"The funding that had been my concern is already being planned by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration," Hernández said.

The new international airport will also help Honduras boost trade.
