Honduras registers second-highest inflation

Honduras's inflation reached 5.8 percent in December last year, the country's central bank said.

The figure is the second-highest in Central America, below Nicaragua's 6.4 percent.

Guatemala reported the lowest inflation rate in that period, with 2.9 percent.
