Honduras's coffee sells for highest price

Honduras's coffee sold for the highest price in Central America through electronic auctions.

The country's coffee sold for an average of $11.80, followed by Guatemala with $10.70, Costa Rica with $9.07, Nicaragua $9, and finally El Salvador and Mexico, both reaching prices of $8.

Honduras's Cup of Excellence coffee reached a record price of $35.10 per pound.
