Honduras seeks new two-to-three year program with the International Monetary Fund

The International Monetary Fund's 18-month program for Honduras is due to conclude at the end of this month.

A Honduran mission is currently in Washington to prepare a new accord a team from the Fund.

The government of Honduras believes that the new agreement should be for two to three years.
