Honduras seeks three-year accord with IMF

The Honduran government is preparing an economic program to present to the International Monetary Fund for its approval this year.
Honduras is seeking a three-year accord with the Fund.
The main commitment in the program is to stabilize the country's public finances, as last year's deficit reached -5.2 percent of the gross domestic product.
