Honduras small firms see strong winter season

Honduras's small firms sector will generate some $164 million in transactions over the winter period, according to Humberto Domínguez, director of the micro, small and medium company sector.

The products with most demand over the period are clothes, shoes and seasonal food.

"Products for Hondurans living in the U.S. were sent out in November," said Domínguez, referring to the popular nostalgic products Hondurans abroad buy for the holidays.
