Honduras to train 4,000 bilingual staff for call centers

The government of Honduras has teamed up with Unitec, the Central American Technology University to train another 4,000 people for the call center industry, one of the major employers in the country.

“Honduras has placed huge bets on the call center services industry, we are focusing on adding more skilled human resources for the companies operating in the country,” Marco Midence, Chairman of Conatel, Honduras’ telecom regulator, has told local media.
