Hondutel seeks new partners to provide capital for mobile and Internet services

Hondutel, the state telecommunications company of Honduras, is seeking partners to provide capital and equipment to improve its mobile and broadband services.
First, though, legislators are going to pass a new constitution for the company.
Hondutel needs some $200-$300 million in able to compete with other companies that are ready to prepare Internet services in 27 towns and cities.
