The search for a strategic partner and a rescue plan for Hondutel, the Honduran state telecommunications company, is going ahead as a government priority, Finance minister Rocío Tábora announced.
Through May of this year, Hondutel registered losses of $2.4 million, which meant that employees went unpaid, La Prensa reports in English.
