Tuesday, January 13, 2015

The Government of Hong Kong has opened its first trade office in Tijuana, Mexico, from where it will promote opportunities for small and medium Mexican enterprises.

The office is proof of the interest and potential between both sides to increase cooperation, as bilateral trade currently stands at $2.4 billion, said Charles Ng, associate director of Invest Hong Kong.

"Mexico can be an important bridge to America for Hong Kong and a hub for Asia, there are many opportunities," he added.
