Hugo App opens new horizons for growth

Hugo App, the El Salvador-based messaging and home delivery application, aims to grow in South America and the Caribbean, boosted by a capital injection that sims to increase its income by $50 million.

Those who took part in the increase in capital included Rain Johanson, the former director of Skype, Mikko Silventola, the first investor in Taxify, and the TNT investment fund.

Hugo was launchd in El Salvador in 2017, and now operates in Costa Rica, Honduras and Guatemala. It currently offers delivery of food, laundry and tickets.
