IDB imposes conditions on Guatemala

The Inter-American Development Bank says it is prepared to allow Guatemala $419 million in loans for this year.

However, several conditions must be met. One is the restructuring of the SAT, the tax office that has regularly failed to meet its targets and was embroiled in a major corruption scandal.
