India and Guatemala agree to promote economic relations

India and Guatemala have agreed to promote trade and economic relations and called upon the private sectors to explore and take advantage of the pro-business climate in both countries.

Relations between the two nations were discussed as Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu met his Guatemalan counterpart Jafeth Cabrera. This the first ever visit of an Indian Vice President to Guatemala.
