India's Hero MotoCorp to enter Colombia

Indian motorcycle maker Hero MotoCorp is planning to open a manufacturing plant in Colombia.

The company has completed all formalities for setting up the plant, and is also planning to open a subsidiary to serve the rest of the region.

The move will make Hero MotoCorp the only Indian motorcycle firm to have manufacturing operations in Latin America.
