Infinito Gold-Costa Rica case to start this month

An international legal arbitration is set to start this month to settle a dispute between Canada's Infinito Gold and Costa Rica.
Costa Rica is facing a $1.09 billion lawsuit, the largest ever in its history, for allegedly removing exploiting permits from the company.
The case could leave Costa Rica with a bad reputation even if the State wins, as it would have lost credibility in carrying out public-private ventures.
