Infinity Energy Resources files environmental impact statement with Nicaragua

Infinity Energy Resources, a US oil independent, filed an environmental impact assessment covering proposed seismic studies offshore Nicaragua.

The filing will be followed by a "comment period" during which there will be considerable interaction between Infinity; the government; and the autonomous regions of Nicaragua that are nearest the offshore concessions.

The company anticipates that this process should be completed within the next 90 days.
