Intercontinental Hotels inks Panama franchise deal with unit of Grupo Agrisal

Intercontinental Hotels Group said it has signed a franchise agreement to bring a new Holiday Inn Express hotel to Panama City.

The planned, 12-story hotel will have 198 guest rooms and open for business in July 2012.

The hotel will be owned and managed by Latin American Hospitality Management, a division of Grupo Agrisal, under a license agreement.
