International film festival expected to help boost the image of Panama

With support by the minister of Commerce, Roberto Henriquez,  Panama’s International Film Festival could bring thousands of high profile movie figures to Panama next year.

The festival has already secured $1.3 million in sponsorship and private sector funding and with the government now officially on side there is sure to be more to come.

An ambitious promotional program is under way.
