Inversiones Bolivar enters Costa Rica

Salvadoran firm Inversiones Bolívar is set to enter Costa Rica with a $10-million real estate project.

The project, called Sportiva SkyHomes, will have two towers and a total of 100 apartments, which will start at $75,000.

The firm said it will seek other opportunities in Costa Rica depending on the success of Sportiva SkyHomes, particularly projects focused at the country's middle and upper-middle classes.
