Tuesday, October 11, 2011

Investment in Nicaragua’s free zones is growing fast. South Korean textile company Hansae is adding 60,000 square meters to its industrial park in Masaya.

The development will provide 6,000 direct new jobs. Expansion is to begin in December.

So far, Nicaragua’s free trade zones have 92,000 jobs, but the number is expected to rise to 97,000 by the end of the year.
