Italian telecoms giant heads for Central America instead of US

Grupo Prysmian, an Italian company that produces fiber-optic cable recently opened a plant in northern Mexico with the aim of developing the growing telecoms market in Mexico and the United States.
But, following the election victory of Donald Trump, company executives see their perspectives in the US as very gloomy. But they are not dismayed. They now have plans to develop the growing telecoms markets in Central America as an alternative to the US.
