Jobs boom for Guatemala call centers

Call Centers and BPOs in Guatemala expect to hire 30,000 more employees next year, an increase of 43 percent.
By 2015, the companies hope to generate 51,000 new jobs.
The Call Enter Commission says the target can be achieved, but joint programs in language-training will be required with the government.
