Judges approve Costa Rica's $1 billion mega-port

APM Terminals of the Netherlands will be allowed to build a $1 billion container port at Moín on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast, a Costa Rican court decided

The court rejected opposition to the project by the port union and banana exporters.

Work on the new port is now due to begin in September of next year.
