Knoah doubles down in Honduras with new call center

US BPO provider Knoah Solutions has doubled down in Tegucigalpa, capital city of Honduras, with the launch of a second call center with space for more than 400 customer care agents.

The 2,000-square-meter call center is outfitted with the latest communications and security technology, and has a power generator of its own, in addition to biometric and proximity reader access for staff.
