Luxury condos snapped up in Limón, Costa Rica

A project of luxury apartments has been snapped up by buyers in the port of Limón, on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast.

The Parque Caribe condos is the first of its type in what is a run-down city. Half of the apartments were bought in just four months.

The developers thought the apartments would be bought by executives from better-off areas of Costa Rica, but all the buyers so far have been locals.
