Maersk Line increases Asia-Central America rates

The Danish shipping company Maersk Line will implement a general increase on rates for imports from Asia to Mexico and Central America from May 15.
The aim is to maintain a sustainable level, the company said.
The increase means 20-foot containers will pay a fee of $700, while 40.foot containers will pay $1,400.
