Managua has the lowest living costs for foreign executives in Latin America

Managua is reckoned to have the lowest living costs in Latin America for expat executives of multinationals.
It is also the second lowest in a world-wide list of 214 cities, according to a study by Mercer, the US human resources and investment services company.
The report rates Sao Paulo, Brasilia and Rio de Janeiro as the most expansive cities in Latin America.
