Manpower survey reveals optimism in Costa Rica

The world’s labor market shows positive signs in this year’s first quarter, according to the latest survey by Manpower.

The figures show improvements in hiring expectations in Costa Rica, the third most optimistic in Latin America and the ninth in the world.

Employers in India, China and Taiwan have the highest expectations for job creation in the world.
