The Panama Canal reopened Sunday, with an expanded lane allowing mega ships to pass. It's good news for the nation, but residents in the city of Colon, near the canal, think they're being shortchanged.
"We have this canal that brings so much to our country, but here, we only have problems," says 37-year-old Alejandro Del Cid. "No water, bad electricity and no jobs”.
