Market in office rentals recovers in Costa Rica’s Central Valley. Some 130,000 square meters currently under construction

The market in office rentals in Costa Rica’s Central Valley is recovering from the world economic recession.

Colliers International reports that the amount of space available for rental in the first half of the year amounted to 920,000 square meters.

Of that total, 91 percent is occupied, and there is 130,000 square meters under construction.
