Marriott to build new hotel in El Salvador

Hotel company Courtyard Marriott International has announced a new project it will develop in El Salvador along with Dueñas Hermanos, Caribe Hospitality and Terranum Hotels.

The new hotel will have 130 rooms and will be located next to the Gran Vía shopping mall in San Salvador.

"As Central America continues to grow, so does the region's middle class together with its travelling needs," said Craig S. Smith, president of Marriott International's Central America and Caribbean division.
